OP - control panel
SM - kitchen hood with control module
RG - electric panel
M1 - supply fan
M2 - exhaust fan
Both supply and exhaust fan speed automatically reduces only when the temperature difference between the air below a hood and the kitchen increases above the set value (3 to 7 °C). When the temperature difference increases further, both fans switch to maximum speed. The fan speed reduces (or the fan switches off) when the temperature difference decreases.
The automatic operation control ensures high efficiency operation of kitchens with short depreciation period creates perfect hygienic conditions in kitchens.
SM - the built-in module is fitted in a plastic box located on a hood and ensures a controlled ventilation according to current heat production of kitchen appliances (according to a temperature difference) monitored by a temperature sensors. The modules are available in two configurations SM1 and SM2 - based on number of sensors.
The SM module also monitors the temperatures downstream of a heat recovery exchanger and changes the fan speed to ensure the exchanger automatic freeze protection.
OP - The control panel of microprocessor hood control is placed anywhere in the kitchen space. It includes operation selector switch (off, auto, manual I, manual II), lighting switch, operation and dirty filter indication, possibly a heating switch.
RG - The electrical panel of the hood automatic control includes fusing, main switch, automatic speed control switching elements as well as other speed control devices (transformer, frequency changer, …) according to configuration (A, B, C, D).
It is available in two basic configurations RG-1 (with exhaust fan control only) and RG-2 (with both supply and exhaust fan control). It is placed outside the kitchen space.
